1.1 The standard delivery is only within Germany and the EU.

1.2 Depending on the size of your order, we ship by GLS, DHL or forwarding agent.

Free shipping from 600 Euro.

Please note that we have to charge a metropolitan surcharge of 8.00 Euro for parcels sent by forwarding agent to the cities of Berlin, Munich, Cologne and Hamburg, as the forwarding agents have estimated this. In addition, for orders of 300 cm or more, we must charge a regional surcharge of 9.00 euros for ZIP codes beginning with 17, 18, and 19.

Buyers from Switzerland are responsible for customs duties/import sales tax.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time can be found on the item page of our products. This varies for items with variants depending on the selection. We can dispatch stock items within 2 working days, so the delivery time is normally 1 - 4 working days. Oiled stock items and stock items in white beech require approx. 7 - 9 working days.
